Thanks guys for the check-up and fix on our 1996 GMC Sierra. The truck had some issues and the AC went out, you fixed it in a timely fashion and I think the cost was fair. I will refer people I know to you.

I am a loyal customer. The team at Virginia Automotive does and outstanding job. They follow up with every customer, even sent me a thank you in the mail with a coupon for next visit. They are fast on the repairs, all work on my Honda has been done on the day and time I scheduled. I have sent them a number of customers from my office. They were so pleased we now take all of our company vehicles to VAS.

Services are good- but $200.00 an hour for labor- was very expensive.
Came in for a state inspection. First off, they told me they might not be able to get me in since there was only one person working and they told me they would give me a call back of they were able to get my car in. They eventually got my car in and after they told me I needed to "resurface my headlights" and change my turn light signal bulbs since they were out. I'm positive they randomly tacked on these charges because I've never had to resurface my headlights for a state inspection before, and I certainly don't recall my turn signal light being out. Don't come here if you need a state inspection.
