This guys (Glen Allen location) looking for extra work and will take any chance to convince you for extra but not necessary car repair. I will not go there.

My husband and I recently had a major problem with our vehicles transmission, requiring a brand new replacement transmission. The good people at Virginia automotive went above and beyond working with our warranty company to ensure our claim was covered. Even after our car was towed and sent to the dealership to replace the transmission, (after a recall was discovered) Ed helped us file a claim to cover an extra week with our rental. We could not be more pleased with the service we have recieved each and every time we take our vehicles to this shop. We will never take our cars anywhere else. These guys go above and beyond.

Great job. They bailed me out of problem in the middle of a road trip. Dealer said they needed two days to get the part. These guys did the whole job in two hours!

Awesome auto repair shop! The receptionist was extremely polite and listened to all my concerns and they gave me an honest estimate . They didn't push me to have unnecessary work on my vehicle either. The most honest repair shop I've ever been to. I'll never go anywhere else!

Best service in my 45 years of driving!!! My husband and I were traveling through Virginia and experienced car problems. He called Virginia Automotive and explained our predicament. Stacy had us bring the car in immediately! She welcomed our dog into the waiting area and our car was put in the front of the queue. She brought water to our dog and offered us snacks. Within 1.5 hours we were back on the road. If I lived in Richmond, I would be a regular customer.

Air conditioner and shocks were repaired and replaced in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Much appreciated. Would highly recommend their service.

As usual, great service from everyone at Virginia Automotive Services. They really care for their customers.
