We brought my husband's car in to check the AC. They recharged it (to the tune of $600 BEFORE getting my husband's approval). 3 days later it stopped working. Called them and was told 'sure, bring it in, if it stopped working it'll fall under our insurance.' Bring it in and they find a hole in the compressor. Told us it'll cost $840 to fix. No covering it themselves. No refund or credit from the failed fix. Now we're out $600 and still don't have AC. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Called and spoke to a person on Monday July 8 make an appointment for today at 2pm. They said we were all set. Come in today and they say they never scheduled us and can't fit us in today. Now I’m trying to find another place to get car inspected before DMV appt tomorrow.

My car definitely feels a lot more powerful. They even put a sticker on it to remind me when to come back for maintenance, which is a nice touch. The place is exceptionally clean and the staff is very hospitable. I had a great experience and will definitely be back in a few months. Thank you for taking me on as a client.

First time I've visited this shop. I was able to get a next day first thing appointment for a state inspection and tire rotation. Everyone was friendly, the waiting room was nice, they were quick and did a great job. I will definitely be going back!

My experiences with Virginia Automotive service has been good so far, and I highly recommend their work as they don’t cut corners. They do things right the 1st time, which is greatly appreciated. The manager and staff are very accommodating and their work is reliable. I would give them 5-Stars if only they could bring the pricing down to a competitive level (overpriced). But that being said, the work is always done right, thus no surprises later down the road, which is a good thing.

Most HONEST repair shop I have ever used. Did no work that wasn’t needed. This vehicle was an older model and there were lots of texts, etc. concerning a couple of items to be addressed. Patience, concern for the customer, and FAIR prices were all part of their interaction with me. I appreciate Dylan so much for his desire to take excellent care of me. An incredible company and I will never use anyone but them for my auto needs….thanks to my daughter and husband who patronize them for their vehicles and insisted I do the same. One if the best decisions I ever made!

Highly recommend this automotive shop. Needed to get some regular maintenance done on my vehicle, and had to wait at the shop. Work was done in a timely manner. Also, has a nice waiting area. The staff up front were super nice and friendly. I will be back!

Honest, attentive, fair pricing, quick service, great follow-up. Highly recommend!
