My first visit since new management has taken over. I have to say I was more pleased on this visit with the professional check in of my vehicle, quality of the service adviser knowledge (thanks Mike!)and the amount of time I waited. I was kept informed of the wait by the new manager and was briefed on what my vehicle needed by Mike promptly. I was politely and discreetly given payment plan options by the new manager, Gina and I so appreciated the kid glove treatment. Waiting room and bathroom was spotless and I noticed the mood in the waiting room full of customers was cheery in spite of broken down cars impeding our day. I won't wait so long to go back next time with the new improvements and professional staff and manager, I look forward to my next visit.
