Terry and crew have been wonderful to us! We randomly found them when our car broke down and towing delivered us down the street to them during the summer. Terry worked with us to repair the car over a few weeks so that we could gather the resources for the repairs. Last week, we asked him to take care of one needed repair that had previously been postponed and several maintenance issues that I knew needed to be done ... he got all of it done in a few days - really took the time to make sure it was done right and gave us a loner car so that we could have the car in the shop that long. He goes over everything needed so that we understand the problems and solutions ... in other words, he has never acted as though women are not smart enough to understand or can be 'tricked' into doing unnecessary repairs. He indicates what he sees as priorities, what would be good but optional and what can wait. Virginia Automotive in Glen Allen is now our go to shop even though it is on the other side of RVA from where we live ... because honesty, respect and appreciation are important to our family. We value ethical behavior in our relationships ... business and otherwise. I would recommend Terry and crew to anybody looking for good quality auto service. We will continue to do business with Terry after we get a second car as well! ---Donna S.
