I have no complaints at all. They even gave me a loaner while Chris at the desk gave me deal AND looked for 3 DAYS for a replacement part for 1995 vehicle. A1 workmanship

I been going to Virginia Automotive every since my sister turned me on to them about 5 years ago. They have taken care of my rides faithfully on Jefferson Davis hwy. If you have any issues with you car drop in I'm sure Ed and his staff will be able to help you to.

Va Automotive has been servicing my vehicles for over a year. There is not a time i go there and not be greeted with a friendly smiling face. They can make the worse news about your car end up being a cake walk. Thanks for great service and friendliness. Highly recommended!

I had an engine replaced in my truck here. I was given an out the door price before the work began. I know for a fact that the job required extra parts and work. Ed never asked for additional money. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and I'm very satisfied with the work. Highly recommended.

My transmission was replaced for my 2016 Nissan Rogue. I bought my rogue used and had no idea that I would need a new transmission, but once it was replaced I noticed that my car runs a lot better when I first purchased it. I am also very satisfied of the time frame and work performed and the expertise of Virginia Automotive Service.

Brought my truck in to get a nail taken out and a plug put in... not only did they take care of the plug in under 5 minutes, but they did it for free as it was an urgent situation. I will use complete automotive for all my car needs! These guys are the best!

7 a.m. appointment to get inspection/oil change. They took my vehicle promptly at 7 a.m., honored a coupon presented to them and allowed me to additionally add/pay for a fluid change. Got out around 8:15 a.m. which was early than anticipated. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Felt I was treated with respect and appreciation.
