Paid these people about $800 to fix my car. The first go round they claimed to have fixed the issue, I got on the highway and the car starts smoking immediately. I have it towed back to their location and they come up with a new list of things wrong. Ultimately, they did not fix my vehicle, took my money and then had my car towed and caused me the additional hassle of having to pay to have the car WHICH DID NOT EVEN RUN AT THIS POINT released. Terrible customer service, $800 wasted and the guy was rude as if I had done something to him.

I needed my car inspected last month and spent days trying to find somewhere to have it completed. Everywhere I went told me I could wait but they couldn't promise anything and they wouldn't take appointments. Then I stopped here and though they where booked up that day, they gave me an appoinment for another day. The day of my appointment, I was in and out in about 30 min and very thankful. Being a busy mom of a teen, toddler and a child with autism, I can't spend the day waiting around even if it is to have something required by law to be completed. I have multiple schedule restraints and no one wants to see my toddler when she is board. I will deffinatly be returning with my other vehicles.

I noticed a nail in my tire at my son's house 2 exits up. I knew of the business but never stop by. I had 2 choices on the block but I chose Virginia Automotive and I am glad I did. I old waited 10 mins for my tire service and the guys were very courteous and knowledgeable about cars. I asked another concern I had about my car and they were on point. I appreciated the care I received. Thank you very much.

I get my oil changes here. They're a little pushy about extra services, but if you tell them no they'll back down.

The people here are very kind and that makes it easy to give them my business. Unlike most auto shops they don't try to force suggested additional work down your throat. I've been here twice now, and the customer service mixed with it's convenient location will keep me coming back.
