This is a great place. They care about their customers. I took my vehicle in to get it inspected and they also let you know about other things that you need to look out for. That let you know about other problems before it gets to bad. I love this place, the service and their employees.

1 the take too long to fix ur car. 2 they are way way overpriced. My power steering was leaking. It was my lines leaking. I paid 565.00

I only take my car to this place. They are very nice and honest. I haven't had any problems with them. The awesome customer service, location & the fact that they do not pressure you to buy additional services will keep me coming back. I recommend them all the time to people I know.

Terry and crew at VA Automotive are the best! They always help me when I need repair work, scheduled or unscheduled. I feel much more comfortable driving a 15+ year old minivan knowing they are right down the street.

This place is the best in Richmond. Shonda at the front is so friendly and helpful and Daniel always does great job fixing my car and taking care of oil changes and other small things. They are fast and have great prices!

I get my oil changes here. They're a little pushy about extra services, but if you tell them no they'll back down.
