The last time I came to your shop I bought new tires and got an inspection. I did not pass my inspection but was told fixing the rust on the frame should be easy, but you all couldn't do it. Well, no one else could fix my issues either. I had to sell my truck and buy a new one, so essentially I wasted $600 on new tires for someone else. Thanks for that! That's why my review went to 0 stars.

They did a minor fix on my car for far less than the price of other places I called, and they did it quickly! The staff was very friendly

I travel for work averaging 1500 miles a month so finding a good mechanic is crucial. I can’t possibly say enough good things about this place. Honest, affordable, quick service. And Olivia is the loveliest. 🧡

Contrary to the other reviews on this page, I had a great visit to VA automotive service. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and flexible. My service was excellent and timely, and I left with all the information I needed (I brought a used vehicle in for a pre sale inspection). If I were staying in the area for a longer period of time then I would give them the opportunity to make me a regular customer.
