Service really good and fast with a reasonable price.

This morning I had a couple questions and concerns about a slow start and a rattling noise in my 2007 Toyota Matrix. Firestone's diagnostic said the battery was fine and they were going to charge a TON to look and see what the rattling noise was. My husband had a gift card for VAS so I decided to call them and check them out. On the phone they were super super helpful and informative and transparent and fair with their quote. VAS figured out the issues and gave accurate suggestions without being pushy. Turns out the battery DID have a dead cell and need to be replaced. Triple A's battery test showed that it failed as well. The rattling noise was the exhaust manifold heat shield getting a bit old and loose -- no big safety issues there. 👍👌 They respected my knowledge and understanding of my own car and didn't treat me differently because of my gender or young looking appearance. Hallelujah. 😂😅 No forcing me into doing repairs that weren't urgently required now for safety. High integrity, LOW PRESSURE, LOW STRESS. 🙌 I (and probs my husband too!) will be heading back there for future repairs and maintenance needs!! Thanks Richard and team!

Professional and straight forward. Informed some work was needed soon but made no effort to force me into thinking it needed to be done now. Low stress high integrity, sort of a breath of fresh air! Will return.

Fast, friendly, and honest. I thought I needed a lot more maintenance work than I did and VAS could have agreed with me and I would have never known. Instead they did the right thing and earned an enthusiastic customer. In addition to the service the waiting room is fantastic. It's calm, separate from the front office, there's a place for a couple people to do work on their laptops, Internet is fast, and overall very comfortable.

My tech person Chris was very friendly, helped me get financed for the job to be done since I didn't have all the up front money for the job, you only pay for the service you asked to have done. Everything is explained clearly to you beforehand before any work/service is done. My car was ready when they said.

Had a major oil leak !!!Tim and Richard gave me a loaner car instantly! Got me approved for a loan until I get my balance paid off thank god! Needed a new head gasket . Service was great . Car runs brand new again ! I’m so grateful ! I’ve had a few mechanics tell me that they know how to work on forgein cars and my car wouldn’t get repaired properly .I have a VW and this mechanic has a VW so it worked out perfect ! My car is running great and I trust them with my car.

I was referred to this shop by Carmax. Moments after dropping my car off, Richard called me to give me an update. From that point on, anytime I called, Richard was my main contact and kept me informed. Every time I called, he sounded like he was in a good mood. For someone like me that doesn’t know much about car repairs, it was refreshing to have someone talk to you in a friendly and approachable manner. Sometimes l you can’t help but get the feeling that you’ve been jipped or ripped off when going to a car repair shop since you are at their mercy and feel like you have to go with what “they” say; I did not feel like this with this car shop. I would recommend based off of my customer service experience and the level of communication I received from Richard- very nice guy. And a big thanks to the team of mechanics that worked on my car too.
