We were greeted promptly. The desk person was very professional. I waited for my ride in the very nicely appointed waiting area. The restrooms were clean. I got a call to pick up my car ahead of schedule. The bill was for what was quoted. I have found the cost of services to be lower than the dealer. I highly recommend Virginia Automotive.
