Very organized! I had an appointment for a VA State Inspection and they barely took an hour and told me it was ready for pick up. They didn't charge me for any unnecessary maintenance issues. Highly recommend :)

I'm always more than happy with the service at Virginia Automotive. They have two convenient locations, which is very important to me. I'm a REALTOR® and spend most of my time in the car. If I don't have my car, I don't have my business! When I do have to leave my car at one of their shops, they provide a loaner car for me to use . I trust these guys to do what's right and they pass the test!
