I am a first time customer with a 2011 Ford F-150. A/c not blowing cold was diagnosed with a lower Schrader valve leak. Repair was done on time with with appointment and a coupon discount. All personnel friendly and Chris, the service advisor acted with knowledge and professionalism. Every reason to return for service and for repairs. A/C blows cold.

we were in route to Florida when we struck a trailer hitch that fell on I95 in Virginia. 12 other cars also hit this object and were off the road. Brian stayed late and was able to locate a tire rim that was not in the area, and although we were told three days to received this, we were on the road 2 days later. Thank you Brian

I strongly recommend against any young woman going here. Made an appointment for a vehicle inspection, and what should have taken 5 minutes took instead an hour and a half. Then before giving my keys back to me, they told me I needed $800 worth of work done on the vehicle, which was both overpriced and false. After I turned down the extra services, the employee insisted I needed the work done and would not back off until I told him my boyfriend was capable of handling the "needed" work himself. The employee seemed angry then, which made the remainder of the wait uncomfortable.
