Waited a while, but the communication was spot on and they were very polite!

Brought my car in for an inspection and was quoted $1400 in misc. repairs and told it couldn’t pass unless they were fixed. Took it to a different shop the next day, it passed. I was advised some things will need replacing in next few months but would not prevent me from being passed yet. Terrible service. Waste of time and money. I would not recommend this shop.

After trying 7 other places, I was able to get in for a State Inspection this week. There was an issue with one of my brake rotors, which I expected, and when they found it, Ed came out, walked me back to the garage and explained what was going on. He not only explained what was wrong, but how it happened and all my options for repairing it. He never pressured me to do a certain recommendation and I will gladly take my vehicles back to him in the future. Honest and thorough in both the work and the explanations.

Service is quick and reliable. Mechanics effectively relay updates of the status of their work on a frequent basis.
