They took my car in same day and checked it over to find the issue. When it needed more time and a master tech, they communicated and fixed the issues promptly and had the car back to me within 2 days. Amazing customer service, communication and they’ve turned me into a loyal customer for life.

I really appreciate the work that was done on my car as well as the transparency in communication. A lot of shops take advantage of females but that wasn’t the case here and it is greatly appreciated. Chris was awesome as well as the young lady who was in there with him. I called many places to get my vehicle inspected everywhere it was first come first serve. I called Virginia automotive service and they do appointments. The receptionist was very polite and nice and took all the details my got car into the queue. I was in and out by 30 mins. From now I'll only go to Virginia Automotive for my vehicle needs.
