We have only been working with Virginia Automotive Service for about five months. My husband and I are beyond amazed at the service we receive. The team really goes out of there way to take care of our needs. You can trust these guys to give it to you straight. We will not take our cars ANYWHERE else.
As always I called and got an appointment right away. Employees are very nice and informative. They kept me up to date on findings from inspections and called for approval before doing any work....no surprise charges! I would definitely refer people to their shop!
Ed analyzed the transmission and fixed it correctly the first time. It works exactly as he said it would and I am completely satisfied. No excuses, trial and error or many unnecessary trips. Very well done, Ed.
Had an appt and as soon as I arrived they took the car in and had it changed rapidly. They also let me know if there were any issues with the car that might need attention soon.
They are always honest, dependable, and friendly. Every time I take one of my cars to them it comes back driving better than when it goes in. Plus the EPS option helps pay for the bigger expenses.

I have had 4 auto services to try to work on my Saab with very little success. In 2 days they fixed everything.A little pricey, I thought, but with a 91 Saab, what can you expect
I was very pleased with their work. I had a flat tire on my way to work. I was greeted promptly at the door. My was taken back and checked out.I was told I needed a new tire and upon further inspection, it was discovered that I needed another one. I bought the one tire from them I wasn't able to get back to them to recieve the second tire but I did recieve one somewhere else. So. I'm glad I found out about the tires. I thank them for that.
