I had a 9:00 am appointment on a Saturday to have a oil change and yearly car inspection. There were other customers coming in and I was very pleased that I was done by 10:00 am. Great Job!

I wasn't sure if they would be open on July 4th, I called on Sat the 2d, they were already closed though & I didn't leave a message. Had a call from Ed on Sunday! He had gone in to the shop, saw I'd called & returned my call to make sure everything was ok & that I wasn't having any problems-then told me to come on in Tues for my oil change! Oil change was done & I was out of there in no time. Thanks for the great customer service for the past 10 years or so!

Called on Friday Morning and asked if I could get an oil change. Jim said bring it in at 10:30 or 11 a.m. They were very busy that day (July 1st), but I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Now THAT'S service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scheduled appt and truck was taken in on time. While truck was there a problem that could have caused me serious issues was identified and gave me options on what I could do to fix it.

I thought I would let you know that on the e-mail I just got from you, you have the license number for my 2000 GMC van as a KS tag. It is a VA tag JIMY MAC. Thanks for the good service you gave me in all the things that needed to be done for JIMY MAC.
