I WAS PLEASED WITH MY LAST SERVICE AT VA. AUTOMOTIVE. THEY PERFORMED ALL REQUIRED SERVICES FOR ABOUT $74.00 AND DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME ON REBUILDING MY CAR TO IMPROVE THEY'RE SALES FOR THE MONTH.

Unlike some shops, Virginia Automotive will install your parts. In this case, I brought 2 Bilstein front shocks to be installed. I was there at 8:00 and got out at 10:00, exactly the estimated time. No compaints! I have been having work done at Virginia Automotive for a number of years. I also do some work myself, such as oil changes, so I am not clueless on what good auto care should look like.

ALL WENT SWELL AS USUAL.I GIVE IT 5 STARS

Fast and efficienct service ... called Thursday morning to say I'd drop off my car at 4:30 p.m. Called at 4 p.m. the next day ... everyting was done and my car was ready. Coupons and Car Care discounts REALLY help !!!!

The apptmt. was for 8 AM, our first car didn't get in till about 9 AM. 1 Hr. wait. There were a couple of people that came after we did and they went in ahead of our cars. Once the car got in, things started moving, The 2nd car didn't get in till a little after 10 AM. Our 2nd car had a 90,000 mile checkup and didn't get out of the shop till 11:30 AM so it was a long morning to be at the shop. 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM for a oil change only on 1 car and a 90,000 mile check up on the other.

I was very pleased with the service I received from your team.
