I was recommended by a friend to come to this place for my oil changes, inspections, etc. I have to say, they customer service I received was very good. The employees were very friendly and treated me with respect. Everyone did a very good job. I was able to get everything I needed done in a timely manner. I will just say keep up the good work.

I get my oil changed here frequently, never have to wait a long time and they always let me know if they see something wrong.

I called the day before for an early morning appointment for the following day and was granted exactly what I needed. I was in and out in a snap. I always love to get serviced there and will continue to support VA Automotive and refer my family and friends.

My truck was taken in exactly at my appointment time. I had a problem with my A/C and it was a fan clutch. Further driving could have caused damage to my engine costing way more. I was very happy with the time they took to diagnose and the waiting area and restroom was spotless! I purchased a Car Care Club package and I will be saving a lot of money this year on my regular maintenance. The advisors were knowledgable and friendly. I will not be taking my vehicles anywhere else!

I had a 9:00 am appointment on a Saturday to have a oil change and yearly car inspection. There were other customers coming in and I was very pleased that I was done by 10:00 am. Great Job!
