I've been using VA Automotive Services for repairs on my truck for a few years now. I have always been cautious of what repair shops tell me "I need" but these folks have never steered me wrong and have never tried to sell me something I didn't actually need. Most recently, they replaced a fuel pump that I was sure was not the problem since I had someone else install one just a few years ago. These guys asssured (guaranteed) that it would fix the problem (stalling at idle). They were right; I was wrong. My old truck is running like a champ. This has been the same story with every repair they've made to my truck.. it was fixed and fixed right the first time. I wil continue to be "cautious" when getting my truck worked on but so far these guys have given my no reason not to trust what they say. I would and I have recommended VA Automotive Services, Inc. to my friends and family.

Thank you to Mr shelton and his team for going the extra mile of service. I had taken my vehicle to Merchants for an Inspection and they had me over priced and had a few items that i didnt need at the time on the service receipt. I felt they were trying to get a little deeper in my pocket as always. Ed promptly offered us a loaner to ease the pain of having someone else having to get us back and forth and had a fair price for the service provided as well as looking out for our safety and quality assurance of the products and labor. the guys did a great job i waited a bit longer than i would have liked to but i was out in just about the amount of time they estimated i was overall very satisfied with this experience just as i have been in the past thats why i return whenever i need the guys help oh and i forgot to mention the price oh yes i was very impressed with the deal i got

I like the fact that they look at the problem first without charging you and give you an option as to whether or not you can afford the services.They didn't strike me as money hungry.

My rear drivers side quit working on Saturday, I called Mike Wright on Monday and they had me back on the road again later the same day! Outstanding customer service.
