Excellent work and customer service. Prompt and honest. Cost was what they said it would be when they called for the okay to proceed with work. No surprises and competed when they said it would be completed. I will be going back for regular maintenance and repairs and referring them to friends and co-workers (already have!). Ted, at the Hopewell locations is a professional and is honest.

I feel so blessed that since my car broke down that it was 3 miles from this automotive service. Mike was so nice and his mechanics have to be the best. They took the car immediately at 8am and three hours later it was working better then ever. The facility was a very neat and clean place to wait and everyone was so friendly. I thank them so very much.

It is nice to get what we have come to expect - quick and effective service with great customer service. I could not imagine taking my vehicle anywhere else. I stopped in Virginia Automotive Service to schedule an appointment for brake repair, and was able to get the service done that day w/o an appt. I received courteous, professional service as well as fast, complete (i.e. no returns) brake repair.I have been taking my vehicle to VAS for 3 years now, and have never had a problem with their service!

Fast, good prices nice people to work witth. Only thing that wasn't good, I have a small dent in my hood now its chipping paint . Other then that good service.

We needed repairs while traveling through the area. AAA sent us to Virginia Automotive Service Inc. We arrived late in the day, and the needed repairs were significant. The staff bent over backwards to get the repairs completed quickly, to help us find, and get to a motel for the night, to get back to the service center to pick up the car when it was ready, and to get us back on the road as soon as possible.

Nomally a $16 charge but it is my birthday month.I recieved a $10 coupon in the mail for my birthday present.Thanks again

I have many times taken by vehicle to VA Automotive due to the quality of work that is done, and the guarantee I get with it. I have would even considere taking my vehicle to any one else for large repairs. Thank you,Nancy Llinet
