Great service everytime. I am always happy with the repairs.

The apptmt. was for 8 AM, our first car didn't get in till about 9 AM. 1 Hr. wait. There were a couple of people that came after we did and they went in ahead of our cars. Once the car got in, things started moving, The 2nd car didn't get in till a little after 10 AM. Our 2nd car had a 90,000 mile checkup and didn't get out of the shop till 11:30 AM so it was a long morning to be at the shop. 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM for a oil change only on 1 car and a 90,000 mile check up on the other.

I like the service and ease of scheduling the appt but would like it better if all service could be done at VA auto like lexus brake bleeding service.

The performance of the service writers and technicians is extremely professional and the work is always outstanding. Great place to have automotive repairs done and they are done correctly.

Very professional, courteous. They dont waste no time when someone has a appointment they get them in right away. I would be happy to do business with them again.
