I've been using VA Automotive Services for repairs on my truck for a few years now. I have always been cautious of what repair shops tell me "I need" but these folks have never steered me wrong and have never tried to sell me something I didn't actually need. Most recently, they replaced a fuel pump that I was sure was not the problem since I had someone else install one just a few years ago. These guys asssured (guaranteed) that it would fix the problem (stalling at idle). They were right; I was wrong. My old truck is running like a champ. This has been the same story with every repair they've made to my truck.. it was fixed and fixed right the first time. I wil continue to be "cautious" when getting my truck worked on but so far these guys have given my no reason not to trust what they say. I would and I have recommended VA Automotive Services, Inc. to my friends and family.

Thank you to Mr shelton and his team for going the extra mile of service. I had taken my vehicle to Merchants for an Inspection and they had me over priced and had a few items that i didnt need at the time on the service receipt. I felt they were trying to get a little deeper in my pocket as always. Ed promptly offered us a loaner to ease the pain of having someone else having to get us back and forth and had a fair price for the service provided as well as looking out for our safety and quality assurance of the products and labor. Thanks again Virginia Automotive.

the guys did a great job i waited a bit longer than i would have liked to but i was out in just about the amount of time they estimated i was overall very satisfied with this experience just as i have been in the past thats why i return whenever i need the guys help oh and i forgot to mention the price oh yes i was very impressed with the deal i got
