I was seen on a Saturday and was told what the problem was with my truck. The staff was very cordial and informative. There is coffee and you can watch TV while you wait. Yes, I will be returning. Great service!

I was given a $20 card to give to family and friends. Well my husband is not a regular customer for you. The card was not honored. So you just lost a potential customer.

Unlike previous 'appointments' at this location, my vehicle was handled on time and returned in a timely manner. They, however, did not pass along the information to utilise personally provided parts. Fortunately they also did not charge me for ultimately using their own.

On our trip between NC and PA, I had a pulley in my 06 Subaru seize up and snap my serpentine belt. They were able to get me in first thing next morning and back on the road with a new pulley and belt in no time (the only delay was in getting the pulley itself). They brought the car to the motel we had stayed at for the night and sent us on our way. It was an excellent experience overall and turned what could have been a nightmare into a minor inconvenience.

Took my car in because I thought I needed brakes but they brakes were ok. Had my oil changed and they made some future recommendations that my car will need since it's almost at 200K. I will be getting these items done in future for sure. Wayne the service manager was excellent. I also take my other car here for repairs. The is an excellent shop.
