Had problems on a drive down I-95 in VA. AAA recommended us to VA Automotive Svc and though we had to wait, they managed to get us in and on the road same day. We were stuck with two dogs and even let us bring the dogs in (well behaved small dogs) to wait, getting us out of the snow. The nice woman who worked there left for the day and then called in to tell the other employee of a route we should avoid due to an accident. He was great in giving us directions to go further south before getting back on I-95. The best experience possible during a bad situation. If I ever have the misfortune of breaking down on I-95 again, I hope it is when I'm near Virginia Automotive Service!

I couldn't have been happier with my experience with VA Automotive. From the very start, Ed was very professional and prompt in having my car towed to the shop. Upon getting to the shop, I was treated with utmost hospitality. Both Ed and his colleague were very friendly, and they took great care of me!

The mechanics were very friendly and informative. The work they did was apparent and very neatly done. So far everything is going good with my vehicle. It's riding like brand new. The labor and parts costs were a bit inflated, but I did receive a customer satisfaction discount, and that gave me some ease with paying the higher price.

I was very pleased with the availability of transportation while my vehicle was being repaired. The serviceman was able to answer all my questions with regard to what was done and why the repair of certain parts was needed. The service was quick, just a matter of days. Overall, I found Virginia Automotive Service to be highly creditable.
