When I frst walked through the door I was greeted with great cutomer service. The gentlemen listened to my issue, advised me of what it may be, and gave me an estimated price for the work. In no time my car was ready to be picked up. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because I did not receive the part they took out whe they made the replacement. I always ask for that just bc it shows me what they say was done to it was really done..but besides that everything was fine

My experience at Virginia Automotive Service was great, there was no wait & they provide the best customer service. would love it even better if they were open on Saturdays, then I wouldn't have to wait until my day off to go there!!

Stopped by got and oil and filter changed "Right Away." Thanks for the great service.
