Our experience was good. The staff was very professional and pleasant. The waiting room was comfortable and provided various drinks and snacks. My only complaint was the length of time for the work being done, as the estimate they gave was 45 mins - 1 hour but it took 2 hours. Other than that, it was great.

Virginia Automotive did major repairs and restoration to my 1994 Dodge Truck. It is now running well and I am grateful that they sent me a $100 voucher to be used on my new transmission. They have worked hard to make sure that everything that needed repairing was repaired. I will go back to them for any future mechanical needs. Thank you Virginia Automotive.

Facility was clean and inviting. Even though I didn't have an appointment and there other repairs before me, they were able to fit me in and get me out very quickly. Met with Terry, the General Manager, who is striving to make a reputable and referable name for the business. In an industry with a history of scaring (and sometimes scamming) customers for unnecessary repairs, it was really refreshing to meet someone who suggested, not pushed, only those repairs and services needed, nothing else. Will definitely be going back in the future with any repairs I can't do myself.

Virginia Automotive is wonderful!!!!!! I went to two other shops and nobody could determine the problem with my truck!! They diagnosed it quickly, and had it fixed the same day! The customer service was excellent and they really cared about me.... the whole experience was awesome!!
