Your website has inaccurate information regarding what is acceptable documentation. I had to speak with 4 different DMV workers to complete my title transfers and to get my plates. I have an out of state drivers license and need to obtain a VA license. My out of state license, VA tax return, social security card and marriage certificate would have been acceptable in Illinois. However, that is not the case at the Richmond DMV and I left with the plates for my vehicles and the title transfers but no VA license.

I appreciated the fact that nothing was pushed on me to do for the car, except what I had requested to be done. Work well done! I plan to be back for other services for my Prius.

Quick, efficient, friendly service ! I have been taking our cars to Ed's for over 31 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else for honest and fair service. They don't recommend repairs or maintenance that you don't need. They'll tell you up front what it'll cost, and if it needs to be done right away, or is something that can wait awhile.

I have never taken the time to write a review but had to on this one. I called to have a state inspection done. The woman on the phone I believe her name was Stacy was exceptional polite and professional. I remember thinking I hope that is the impression my company gives when some one calls us. I dropped of my car and received a phone call prior to it being completed that it was almost done and could come pick it up. I came back to pick it up thinking I had just dealt with a very good employee and didn't think anything of it. when I picked up my car I was greeted by another person I guessed was someone who works in the shop. Once again extremely friendly and professional. OUTSTANDING WORK GUYS KEEP IT UP. to top it off two days later I received a thank you card in the mail at my home. I work in a facility only a couple of miles away, I will send everyone there. Two other big bonuses. Finance program for repairs ... didn't know one existed Spanish / English speakers both welcomed and treated like a customer should .

Wonderful experience! Needed a tire balanced, and the gentleman was very polite and got it taken care of very quickly and efficiently. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone else!
