Great job. They bailed me out of problem in the middle of a road trip. Dealer said they needed two days to get the part. These guys did the whole job in two hours!

Awesome auto repair shop! The receptionist was extremely polite and listened to all my concerns and they gave me an honest estimate . They didn't push me to have unnecessary work on my vehicle either. The most honest repair shop I've ever been to. I'll never go anywhere else!

Great place!! The owner is super nice and helpful. They actually show you what is wrong with your vehicle and explain the mechanics. I will be back - great prices and great customer service!

Best service in my 45 years of driving!!! My husband and I were traveling through Virginia and experienced car problems. He called Virginia Automotive and explained our predicament. Stacy had us bring the car in immediately! She welcomed our dog into the waiting area and our car was put in the front of the queue. She brought water to our dog and offered us snacks. Within 1.5 hours we were back on the road. If I lived in Richmond, I would be a regular customer.

Air conditioner and shocks were repaired and replaced in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Much appreciated. Would highly recommend their service.

Being from out of town, I used Google reviews when I need anything. There was a lot of positive reviews for Virginia Automotive Service and I am happy to say they were right. Great service and good prices. I knew I needed brake work and they could have told me that all four wheels needed to be done, but they were straight up and told me what really needed to be repalced and what only needed an adjustment. I highly recommend them.

The staff are friendly, honest, and efficient. I really love the hospitality they offer. Great place to get your car taken care of.
