New to the area, got a coupon in mail, thought I'd try it out, was only person in waiting room, called to see if appointment was needed was told bring on in, was there for a total of 1.5 hours for an oil change and inspection..I guess when u check everything in the whole car it can take that long just seems to be a little to long just looking for any problems to make money... max 20 min inspection and 20 oil change that's even slow... prolly will not be coming back, well have to 1 more time bc of a rejection sticker... only positive thing was manager was very nice

We take our responsibility as a Virginia Inspection Station very seriously, and want to be sure that the vehicles being inspected are able to travel safely. This is the first time I have had an inspection done in this area. I had a 7am appointment. I was 1st and the inspector reviewed the vehicle completely. The only item found wrong was a marker light. The light was changed for a reasonable price. The inspector was courteous and friendly. The location has an area for customers set up with coffee and TV that is very comfortable. I will return and recommend this business to all.
