Several repairs were made on my Honda Civic. All repairs were fully explained to me by the professional staff at VAS. Car was repaired on time and on budget. I will continue to use VAS for maintenance on my Civic.

Oil change completed quickly by a friendly and competent staff

When I got my car they left a lot of residue from the sticker behind, my windshield was all messed up. They had a problem with my stickers which they relocated but didn’t listen to where I said to put them so I had to replace them as I ripped them off trying to relocate them again

In seeking an appointment, I had only one open day. The Service was able to accommodate my schedule. With a still new Subaru, I needed only the recommended oil change. The expert staff at Virginia Automotive advised against the change of transmission fluid I thought I should have at this point in the car's life. They got the oil change and a complete tire rotation done in less than an hour. Will be back for future work as needed.

Convenient location, difficult parking

I have now used Virginia Automotive a few times. They are great at correctly diagnosing issues, providing a detailed summary before work is started, and doing excellent work. I was close to giving up on a 2007 Subaru Forester due to noise and other issues, but they have made it work almost like new.
