EDIT 2: The owner reached out personally and has corrected this. She has incredible customer service. She has only owned this location for a month, so I'd give it a couple months for her to fix it up. She was appalled at how the situation was handled. She corrected what happened AND allowed us to choose one of her other locations to get the repairs done (Platinum Plus Auto Repair). 3 stars instead of 1 due to the owner. I'm not sure about the location, but the owner is top-notch. EDIT: The company responded below yet has NOT reached out to resolve the issue. It's been 3 days since their response. I repeat: do NOT go here. We brought my husband's car in to check the AC. They recharged it (to the tune of $600 BEFORE getting my husband's approval). 3 days later, it stopped working. Called them and was told 'sure, bring it in, if it stopped working it'll fall under our insurance.' Bring it in and they find a hole in the compressor. Told us it'll cost $840 to fix. No covering it themselves. No refund or credit from the failed fix. Now we're out $600 and still don't have AC. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
