I made an appointment to get my ac repaired TWICE and they said they couldn’t service me when I arrive to the shop. I made these appointments a week prior and they did not even acknowledge my inconvenience. They said I have to come back another time for the second time. I suggest you call your customers when you can’t follow through with an appointment, I wasted around 40 miles today for nothing!
