Called because they were in carmax's warranty partnership program. Told the guy I had an ac issue with my Honda civic. Scheduled a 7am drop off. Went to drop off the car and the guy at the desk told me after looking at the car that they couldn't work on it because of the kind of refrigerant...had I known this would have been an issue i.e. the guy on the phone might have mentioned it. I would have saved myself the trip...oh and the money I wasted pre Scheduling an Uber I didn't need to use was super great too...
Evan, We are very sorry that we were unable to help you with the AC on your Honda Civic. Unfortunately, your car is one the of vehicles that use a newer, less common refrigerant and requires specialized equipment to test and repair.
