If my daughter ever moved to another city, I wish that she would find a facility as good, ethical, and honest as Virginia Automotive, Glen Allen. Terry is a very knowledgeable and trustworthy service advisor, like all of the front desk folks. The guys in the shop have just the right combination of Old School Mechanic along with New School Computer Whiz! They all know what they are doing and if you bring your vehicle(s) here you can rest assured that you are getting the best on multiple levels. After all, I've been bringing ALL of my family vehicles here for almost 20 years now.

From dropping off my vehicle to picking it up, the staff was kind, courteous and helpful not to mention friendly. I was even given options to help with the repair cost. Excellent customer service and excellent work!

This company is a diamond in the rough. As a former mechanic, I know how hard is to find a service company that has integrity and this company has it in abundance. Every time I drop off my truck I know they are not going to make up work to line their wallets. They have always been very direct on the issue and are great at explaining the process. If I was a mechanic I would want to work with them.
