I've been going to Virginia Automotive for several years and we've been bringing all of our cars they've always been reliable, and timely. They are also very good about calling and keeping me updated on changes or issues and their prices are competitive. ultimately, you can't put a price tag on trust, and that's what you get from them. You can trust them not to invent repairs not needed, or jack the price up from what was quoted.

Called because they were in carmax's warranty partnership program. Told the guy I had an ac issue with my Honda civic. Scheduled a 7am drop off. Went to drop off the car and the guy at the desk told me after looking at the car that they couldn't work on it because of the kind of refrigerant...had I known this would have been an issue i.e. the guy on the phone might have mentioned it. I would have saved myself the trip...oh and the money I wasted pre Scheduling an Uber I didn't need to use was super great too...
