I want to say that I greatly appreciated the concern and genuine intent to ensure my satisfaction that was given to me my Mr. Ed (the owner). I was very apprehensive to go to the Richmond location but after speaking with Ed, I was given assurance that I would be treated with courtesy and respect. I had an alignment done and it took less than 30 minutes. I believe I can feeling the difference when driving. My only suggestion is that the mechanics cover the seat and floor when having to get into the vehicle. There was oil residue on both my cars eat and floor mat. I thank you personally Ed for responding to my concerns and making me feel like a valued customer. God bless.
