Been going here for years and they are always dependable and efficient. I trust their prices and know I'm not going to be charged for things I don't need. As long as I live in Richmond, I'll be taking all our cars here!

This company is a diamond in the rough. As a former mechanic, I know how hard is to find a service company that has integrity and this company has it in abundance. Every time I drop off my truck I know they are not going to make up work to line their wallets. They have always been very direct on the issue and are great at explaining the process. If I was a mechanic I would want to work with them.

Easy process as far as car repair goes. They contacted me within in hours after dropping off to explain the issues and the next step to be taken. Called the next day when it was done. Pick up was less than 5 minutes. Would recommend to anyone who ask about this automotive repair business.

Dropped off my 56 Truck thinking it would be repaired in a timely manner. It was not! Truck sat at location almost 2 wks before being worked on and job was finished in 14 hrs. Also. Truck battery was dead and req a jump to drive home... Who does this to their customers? I was not satisfied with the way this repair was managed. Mechanic was very knowledgeable about the repair and vehicle, but was not happy with the way the process was managed. Why was I not notified that the Truck repair could not be accomplished within 3-4 days? Why was the Battery not charged up sufficiently so that I could start the vehicle to drive home? The Truck needed a Front End alignment and INITIALLY was told it would be 2 weeks aft repairs were complete. When I complained, the Shop then had the alignment done within 3 days... This was a 1-2 hr job, and I know we are all busy. But, it upsets me (again) how this job was managed. - Keeping the Truck longer than usual - The Dead Battery (no accountability) - The front end alignment scheduling after the repair. The above problems that occurred, could have been prevented which is why I am disappointed.
