Virginia Automotive Service is the best! They not only assess and repair a vehicle's presented problem, but they perform a complete evaluation of the vehicle. When they tell you their findings, they educate you and then leave the decision on what to fix and when to fix it up to you. I have been treated professionally and fairly each time they have worked on my car.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They explain everything and show detailed photos. We have been using Richmond Automotive for many years. We use them for company cars as well as many staff use them for their personal cars. When we need service that is not urgent, they give us a quote as well as a timeline of when the vehicle will need this service.

The response to service was quick and timely. I needed answers to have my vehicle operational within the day, and the staff complied.

At Virginia Automotive Service, you will be waiting in a clean, comfortable space as Tom manages the rescue of your car. Though it may pass this year’s inspection, if you don’t start paying attention, you may have a different ending next year! This place has given me great advice into jumpstarting my car back into good health, and, yes, you may pay a bit more than at the average repair shop. But, in life, you get what you pay for!

WOMEN BE AWARE. Misquoted a inspection said my wife needed 3 grand worth of work to pass inspection took it to a different shop down the street and it passed with flying colors. Advised some maintenance but nothing that would hender passing. Even showed how some issues va atuo claimed needed repair were false.
