I was very satisfied with the service I received. Richard greeted me at the front desk and signed me up for the earliest available inspection appointment, as I had not scheduled one in advance. After I handed him my keys, he directed me to a back room, where I was able to connect to WiFi on my laptop and study for the MCAT while I waited for my appointment. There was coffee and water available there for customers. Richard notified me promptly after the mechanics had give my car a look, and he was very straightforward about what tasks needed doing and which could be addressed later. I did not feel at all pressured to spend more money than necessary, and I feel that I got a great value for what I spent.

I bring 2 vehicles here for regular maintenance and repairs. They are very thorough and, although they find things that I wished they didn't (hahaha), they are always fair and the biggest reason I keep working with Virginia Automotive in Glen Allen is Richard. He is personable, honest and is a very easy person to work with. There are so many options for auto maintenance and repair but it mainly comes down to the person at the front of the business, in this case Richard. I choose to work with him and, for me, that is the bottom line.
