My first time there. Impressed with friendly staff and honesty. Feel Richard was honest about the assessment of my air conditioning problem. Fixed it but told me it may not hold and may need to reprogram the computer in it if that happens. Able to get car inspected which was an add on on my part. Work completed in timely manner. Little confusion on bill but they straightened it out. Would highly recommend their service work JK

Great staff and attention dedicated to us. Good communication, and transparency. Just picked up our car. It seems to be a lot better. This is the first time we went to the Virginia Automotive. It was a leap of faith, since most of us have nothing left todo then to then to leave on the hands of our good Lord, to guide us to good people and good professionals. Our first impression from the shop was very good. Clean place, clean garage, not noisy like most garages out there. We hope this to be a moving forward good experience, where we can always go back to, pay for the services without hesitation, and trust our cars with them folks. At this point all I can say is thank you all for fixing our A/C and Timing Belt. I look forward to a lasting relationship here.
