Every time we've brought a car here these guys have done a great job. We've even just dropped off without an appointment and they were able to accommodate us!! We've always gotten quick appointments whenever we've called and they are great about communicating about the car and repairs. They are quick, reasonably priced and very friendly.

I've taken my car to the Virginia Automotive Services in Glen Allen twice so far, and the folks there have definitely earned my loyalty. They're very friendly, straightforward, and- most importantly- they don't try to pressure or trick you into getting more work done on your car than you actually need. As a young woman with limited knowledge about cars, I'm always vigilant at auto repair shops for people who might try to push me into spending more than I need to. At VAS, I don't feel like I need to worry about that as much. I've always been satisfied with the work they've done and would recommend them to anyone.
