Broken promises. Says it's guaranteed to be done by this time but isn't. Didn't even notify us that it wouldn't be either. Had to call them for an update. Rude while speaking to Richard. Tried to manipulate us but it didn't work. One minute he's telling us he's not the mechanic then next he acts as if he knows everything. Called him out on his lies and I'm guessing that's what struck his nerve. Never again. Lost a loyal customer because his pride was bigger than his profession.

Richard and the team at Virginia Automotive Service were helpful and honest to someone new to having work done to their car. Richard went above and beyond to help me when I took my car in for an oil change and after finding out the pan needed to be replaced due to previous work, he showed me exactly what was wrong and explained why I would have to change it. I really appreciated the transparency when I'm sure it would have been easy to take advantage of the situation. Thank you so much again :^)

Richard really helped me out here. My engine was blown and he gave me a couple of options in order for me to get my car going again. It was great service and very punctual, I had my car back in just a few days! Him and the guys also fixed my ac and gave my car an oil change. 10 out of ten great service. Will definitely come back to get my 2004 Ford Explorer serviced here again! Thank you again.
