Very first time getting an inspection in VA. It was easy to get an appointment, the Admin Professional was very polite, the technician took his time to explain things to me, and my wait was not long. Impressed to be greeted by name from each person. I will be going back!!!

Terry always explains repairs needed & why. Great customer service. I had my SUV break down on me on a very hot day in Aug. had it towed in on a Fri. they had it done & ready for pickup Tues. morning. replaced alternator & took care of oil pan gaskets(had a leak) & serpentine belt.

There simply is no auto repair shop as efficient, customer centric, or honest as VA Automotive. Many other shops make such claims only to be disappointed with the actual service. Ed lives to please his customers and actually delivers a fantastic customer experience each and every time.

Service, as always, was excellent. Staff are very congenial, knowledgeable, and efficient from the making an appointment to completion of service.
