This is a follow-up review in response to a previous review and in regards to the actions taken by this company to rectify a situation with an unhappy customer. They went above and beyond to satisfy me and reimbursed me for what I believed to be an overcharge. I was tough on them because of frustration brought on by a vehicle that still didn't run after $400 worth of work...but like I said, they did the right thing and fixed the problem, and with their effort to extend such an offer convinced me that they have a high regard for customer service . Kudos to them!

They know what they are doing, is my experience. I think his costs are competitive and reasonable, but since I have come to trust him I have not compared costs with competitors. Doing so would serve to confuse me.
