I have been limping my 2006 Nissan Pathfinder from shop to shop with each one telling me that I needed ro replace my transmission. I was told by a friend about Virginia Automotive Services. Even though I live in Louisa I drove there and asked for their opinion. After a couple of hours of them checking my vehicle, I was told that all I needed was to replace the valve body in my transmission and service it. They treated me so good while I was there and took me back to explain what was needed. I decided to take the gamble and let them fix it. To my (and my check book) relief, my vehicle has been running great ever since. I will not hesitate to use them or refer them! Wonderful people to deal with.

Had to wait even after having appointment

We are sorry Mr. Holloway that you had to wait. Some of our racks unfortunately got tied up waiting for parts. We will try to make sure that this does not happen again in the future.

This is a follow-up review in response to a previous review and in regards to the actions taken by this company to rectify a situation with an unhappy customer. They went above and beyond to satisfy me and reimbursed me for what I believed to be an overcharge. I was tough on them because of frustration brought on by a vehicle that still didn't run after $400 worth of work...but like I said, they did the right thing and fixed the problem, and with their effort to extend such an offer convinced me that they have a high regard for customer service . Kudos to them!
