Had a great experience at VA Automotive on Saturday, 2/22! All staff was very nice, personable & took care of me promptly & efficiently. I usually go to the Hopewell location & Ted Shelton was there & talked to me about my car. It was nice that he recognized me! I will certainly recommend both locations. They are awesome:)

I came to Va Automotive for a coolant system flush. After looking into the radiator, the manager immediately informed me how bad it was. He stated that in his opinion, a flush wouldn't take care of my problem or maybe make things worse. I decided to have it done anyway. I am very happy with the job that was completed and will continue to come to Va Automotive.
