Poor management and business acumen. I was scheduled for a vehicle state inspection at 1pm on a slow day at this location. When asked over the phone if I'll be dropping off or waiting, I told them I will wait. I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment, and I was told that the inspector just left for lunch. I ended up waiting 80 minutes for what was a 10 minute inspection job on a 1 year old vehicle. Why schedule your customers to come in and make them wait while your workers are on break? This is an outstanding example of poor customer service. I do not recommend this business.

Please understand that any vehicle Virginia state safety inspection, even on newer vehicles, has to abide by the rules, regulations and inspection details that are required by law, which are managed by the Virginia State Police.
