Owner
Born and raised in Richmond, Virginia. Ed discovered his love for cars at the age of 15. He became a Mechanic or "automotive technician" right out of high school. He worked in the automotive industry for 8 years before he opened Virginia Automotive Service in Richmond Virginia. He enjoys fishing and all sports as well as spending time with his family.
TERRY
Service Manager
Originally from West Virginia, Terry has served more than 25 years in the Automotive Repair Industry. He graduated West Virginia University in 1985. He moved to the Richmond area in 1986. Last year, Terry brought his expertise to the customers at Virginia Automotive Service. He enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children. Terry is also a Deacon at Kingsland Baptist Church, and a fan of all sports, especially football.
JOANNE
Office Manager
Joanne has been helping to coordinate the mechanics at Virginia Automotive in Richmond VA since it started 35 years ago and worked 15 years previously with the State of Virginia Retirement System. Joanne enjoys scuba diving and riding motorcycles with her husband Max who she has been married to for 39 years. Keeping our Richmond VA mechanics organized and happy is one of her greatest skills.
HECTOR
General Maintenance Mechanic
Hector was born El Salvador. He moved to the states in 1989. Hector received his permanent citizenship in 2004. Hector has worked for Virginia Automotive Service for over 11 years, helping with mechanics in Richmond VA. He enjoys all sports, travel, and spending time with his friends and family.
